How to solve the issue of ALCATEL ONETOUCH SAPPHIRE 2?

- Problem is do not have PHONE MEMORY icon displayed in File Manager
  even 1.73 GB of internal memory storage is available, it cannot access the
  camera because it needs memory to store the data, so it needs external memory..

What is the issue?
Does it needs Flashing?
Download new Firmware?
Or simply hardware problem?

The phone has a little bit shortage, it heats up upon charging....
  Hard reset or wiping data recovery is done already and is 100%
  done by pressing vol up+vol down+power.....
