Hard Reset OPPO Neo

First method:

1. Switch on your device.
   
2. Then navigate to Menu -> Settings -> General tab -> Backup & Reset -> Restore Factory Settings -> Reset phone.
3. After that your device will reset to factory settings, and reboots.

Second method:

1. Turn off your phone.
   
2. Press and hold together Volume Down + Power button, or Volume Up + Power button.
   
3. If you see menu of Recovery mode, then release holded keys.
4. Select form the menu "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to browse to options, and Power button to accept.
5. Next choose "Yes -- delete all user data".
6. In the end confirm operation "reboot system now".
