Lenovo K900 heating problems? frequently ask.

K900 user here.

- Phone heats up when playing heavy 3D games (Asphalt 8)
- No heating when taking pics, browsing or playing music
- Speaker phone seems to be a bit on the soft side.

Phone clarity is fantastic when on the phone.

The only problem I would complain about is that there is a slight flickering when the brightness is low when watching videos.

Hi All,  I bought this phone 10 days back and I also facing heating problem when taking photos and video's and playing some small games also.The heat level is noticeable. And also having some issue with speaker( when I put the phone on handsfree speaker the volume is very low... Pls advice any settings.The internal version number end with 130727.. Other wise this phone is very good.

i have been using the phone for over a month now, K900 is gerat and work fast and fine, only issue is heating (phone heats up on the upper side where the Logo is) which was decreased when i bought a phone cover from Lenovo.

I bought a Lenovo K 900 three weeks ago. However, it heats up considerably on the slightest use. It is so hot that one cannot keep it in the shirt pocket ?  The shop I bought it from says, "It is a hardware problem!". Any ideas on how to stop it heating ???

Do a factory restore. Do not install any apps. just use it to make calls and sms. does it heat up then?

did issue occur after installing apps or running any particular apps?

ts a normal thing as this phone is made up of metal so its ovious to feel the heat easily i brought two phones so both of them are wrking fine but one of my phone is not working fine as it get heats up and drain battery so fast so i ocntact to lenovo care then i go to service center they gave DOA and i got new phone in replacement
